FAQ

Hosiery selection is a personal choice which depends on what colour would best suit your particular skin tone and what type of garment would suit your particular needs. Choosing a colour that compliments your outfit will depend on your personal preference for darker colours such as black or greys which are very stylish or for naturals. As there are many shades of colours to choose from, your colour choice should be one that highlights your own skin tone and compliments the fabric and colour of your garment.
Make sure your hands and feet are smooth and nails are manicured. Jewellery, such as rings should be taken off when putting on hosiery. With particularly fine hosiery it is recommended you use cotton gloves when putting on your hosiery to help prevent catches. Washing hosiery by hand or in a hosiery wash bag with mild soap will prolong the life of your hosiery. Making sure shoes are correctly fitting and that there are no rough surfaces on the inside of your shoes will also help
1. Simply use the menu to find the type of tights you are looking for.

2. Click on the green Buy button to select the colour and size and then hit 'Add to shopping bag' .

3. Once you have finished shopping go to checkout and enter your details...your tights will then be delivered in 2-4 working days.
To enter a discount code to your basket, copy the code into the ‘Enter Voucher Code’ field and press submit. This will deduct the offer from your basket.
The total cost of you order is displayed on the top right-hand corner of the checkout page. Please check the total price of your order before proceeding with the ‘complete order’ button which is displayed at the bottom of the page.
Australian orders should take 2-4 working days to reach their delivery destination, which includes processing time. All items are sent via Australia Post Express from our warehouse in Brookvale, Sydney, NSW. Please check that your local sorting office is not holding anything for you before you contact us. Please do not contact us until after 15 working days has passed from the shipping date, this is in accordance to the Australia Post policy that an item is not lost in the post until this period is up. Only after 15 working days from the shipping date can any action be taken against an order.
International orders can take anything from 1-5 weeks to arrive at their delivery destination. However if you have not received your items after 21 working days please check that your local sorting office or customs office are not holding anything for you before you contact us. Only after 21 working days from the shipping date can any action be taken against an order.
All postage needs to be paid for by the customer unless a product is being returned for a manufacturing fault.
To return an item for a refund or an exchange, please send us an email describing the reason for the return and we will send you the return address details.
All refunds are given once the returned item is received by us. Refunds are made via the same payment method used to purchase the item, i.e. if you used Paypal to make the purchase you will receive your refund to your Paypal account.
If you suspect that your item is faulty due to a manufacturing fault, please drop us an email to printshosiery@optusnet.com.au or call us on 02 9905 6122, and we will be able to assist you further. All items returned to us that our faulty will be credited with a standard refund of the postage back to us. All refunds will be given via the method used to pay for the item, i.e. if you used Paypal to make your payment then you will be refunded to your Paypal account.
